It’s the last week of October in West Hollywood, and the city’s calendar is packed. Art, film, books, pumpkins — and then Friday’s the big one: Halloween Carnaval.
Halloween falling on a Friday doesn’t happen often, and you can bet it’s going to make this year’s celebration even bigger and wilder. Expect huge crowds, creative costumes, and plenty of energy as Santa Monica Boulevard turns into one giant street party to close out the month.
