A disagreement around noon today outside the Holloway Motel at 8465 Santa Monica Blvd. escalated into a serious assault when a man drove his car into one of the people he was fighting with and his companion assaulted the other with a sharp-edged object.
The two who were injured were taken to the hospital.
Deputies arrived on the scene to arrest one of the assailants. The other sped away into his car up La Cienega Boulevard to Sunset Boulevard. The deputies found him and arrested him at Sunset near Roxbury Drive.
Sgt. Angel Fisher, the watch commander at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s Station, said both men were charg with assault with a deadly weapon.

Their punishment should be having to sit through both days of the Mueller Report reading next month.
That would be cruel and unusual punishment.
