No snow, no problem! WeHo is once again creating its own version of a winter wonderland with the return of the WeHo Winter Ice Rink on the Great Lawn at West Hollywood Park. Tickets are currently on sale for anyone looking to glide, wobble, or just chill — yes, I said it — and create some holiday magic in the park.
The rink opens Monday, December 1st and runs through Sunday, December 21st. Skating sessions run 90 minutes long, with a pretty flexible schedule. Monday through Thursday hours are 4 to 9:30 p.m. Fridays run from 2 to 9:30 p.m., with weekend sessions from noon to 9:30 p.m.
Kids ages 3 to 14 can skate for 15 dollars. Everyone 15 and up is 20 bucks. Skates are included, so no need to track down your own unless you already have a pair… I’m looking at you, Chicago. You know who you are.
The City is planning theme nights and festive touches to complement and enhance the event. There will be a live DJ spinning (now that’s cool), plenty of family-friendly activities, and the kind of vibe that will help turn the Great Lawn into a winter wonderland right here in sunny WeHo.

Whether you’re the type who goes full Adam Rippon or the type (like me) who clings to the walls and finds joy in the falls, it’s a great chance to get into the spirit of the season. And let’s get real, watching others try not to fall (and especially the ones who do) is often some of the best entertainment you’ll find in the day.
Tickets and times can be booked in advance above and here.
