One in three women will die of heart disease, the No. 1 killer of women in the United States.

That’s why West Hollywood is undertaking its annual February campaign to raise awareness about the disease, according to a city news release.

On February 7, City Hall will be illuminated in red light; the building’s façade will glow for a week. City employees will also take part in National Wear Red Day on February 7. The city encourages other community members to participate by wearing red that day.
