It was Howl-O-Ween for the pets and their guardians on Saturday afternoon in West Hollywood Park.
Almost 75 dogs walked their guardians down ‘trick or treat’ alley. The catwalk of designer doggies wagging their tails at WeHo’s Annual Pet Costume Showcase.
The event was hosted by Eduardo Herrera and Katherine Fierro of the City of West Hollywood Recreation Department on WeHo Park’s Great Lawn. Booths offered lots of doggie ‘swag’ and ‘bobbing for treats’.
There was also a doggie obstacle course for the dogs to entertain their guardians. And some guardians who stole the show from their doggies!
All in all the afternoon was filled with fun for families and friends. One little girl received the loudest applause as she walked with dad down trick or treat alley.
But the highlight of the day was the dogs and their costumes. Some looking confused at their nutty parents.
Shake Shake and Just Food for Dogs were two WeHo merchants supporting the HOWL-O-WEEN Pet Costume Showcase. A fun day for all.
