The West Hollywood Breakfast Company is ready to open it’s doors to the public. The former Breakfast Republic is back with their new concept at 7141 Santa Monica Blvd @ Formosa.
Rocky Martinez, a member of the West Hollywood Breakfast Company corporate team told WEHOonline the official opening to the public is October 27th, and we will be open from 7am to 3pm, 365 days per year. There will be a soft opening on October 25th and October 26th to benefit Project Angel Food.
Richard Ayoub, Executive Director of Project Angel Food told WEHOonline: ” Breakfast Republic has been a tremendous partner raising thousands of dollars for us through drink or pancake sales. The transformation of Breakfast Republic to The Breakfast Company is exciting not only because for the new vibe and offerings but because Project Angel Food will benefit once again. Most restaurants have a Friends and Family Day, but when the Breakfast Company found out about the federal funding cuts for Project Angel Food, they decided to make it a fundraiser for us! On October 25, and 26 every single bill paid, every single dollar is coming directly to Project Angel Food.”
General Manager ‘Kacey’ also told WEHOonline after being asked..whats different about Breakfast Company versus Breakfast Republic?‘ “It very much fits the eclectic and vibrant community of West Hollywood. I keep saying its a little bit more of a brunch vibe then a breakfast vibe. We have a little bit bigger cocktail menu, a little more refined food, and just really excited that we are going to keep in touch with our community everything we can for them.”
Martinez added, ” on the 25th and 26th, there is a reservation list where you can request a time slot at events@riseandshineRG.com – – Project Angel Food is going to blast it on their social media and we are going to blast it on our social media BreakfastCompanySD is our insta and facebook. — on those days from 9-2 reservation, 100% of all sales, food, alcohol any beverages will go directly to Project Angel Food.
” Theres a small amount of us on the operations team but we are a small scrappy team making it happen. We step into the neighborhood, we get to know our community, and we just feel like this is a better vibe.”
The West Hollywood Breakfast Company is the same ownership team as the former Breakfast Republic.
