F4:  Expansion of Trap-Neuter-Return, (TNR) Program and support for low cost veterinary care and transition care programs. This item is being brought forward by Councilmember Meister and Mayor Byers. STAFF REPORT 

F5: Establishing a Administrative Fee Waiver for Filmmakers to produce in West Hollywood.   This item is co-authored by Councilmember Erickson and Mayor Byers.   STAFF REPORT
