Who’s the Hottest West Hollywood City Councilmember?

In a city where politics and aesthetics both matter, we couldn’t help but ask: which of our electeds brings the most heat to the dais?

We crunched the data. We debated. We stared long and hard at official portraits. And now…

April Fools!
We totally are that shallow — but even we’re not doing this one.

(We did try to rank them by hair, shoe game, and general smolder, but things got heated, and someone brought up policy. Ruined the vibe.)

Happy April Fools! You got me to click. I guess I am totally that shallow! lol
You managed in a couple lines to both skewer the politicians and make fun of the shallow “vibe” of political reporting today. Policy “ruined the vibe.” lol
Keep up the good work and keep up your sense of humor.

I love this. The writing is delicious and the idea is hilarious. We so need to laugh right now. This is the first piece I ever read on this site and it reminds me of Weho zines from way back. Brilliant

Why don’t we instead ask “who is the most corrupt council member? Who got paid off to vote on the side of Ben Soleimani after his legal threats over trees blocking his signage – trees agreed upon last year by the council in conjunction with the public FOR A PUBLIC PARK? Clearly something is wrong with this latest decision and the system in general. Journalists – isn’t this a juicy enough story to investigate?
