In the unlikely event that she shows up at any Halloween costume contest we’re attending, Kelly Wearstler will have our vote. Wearstler, whose flagship boutique is at 8440 Melrose Ave. at North Croft, is known for her creative clothing, accessory and interior designs. Now Wearstler blogs that she fashioned a Halloween costume for her son’s birthday party that she describes as “alien with baby complete with intergalactic beehive.” And in case you’re wondering, that little ghoul isn’t her little boy.
