The Human Rights Speaker Series continues with a panel and discussion called “Where Are We Now? A Discussion of LGBT Rights Around the Globe.” The panel will be moderated by Councilmember John Heilman. Panelists will include Charles Radcliff, chief of the Global Issues Section for the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights; Wesley Reisser, Ph.D., foreign affairs officer, IO/HRH, Office of Human Rights and Humanitarian Affairs, US Department of State; and Guo Ziyang, executive director, Beijing Zuoyou Information Center.
