To salute Kino Lorber’s October release of the “Tom of Finland” biopic, this year’s 22nd annual festival will have a focus on moving pictures and pictures in motion, namely skateboards with artwork and tattoos on living bodies. The Saturday art fair is open from noon to p.m.

At the awards reception on Saturday evening (6 to 8 p.m.), artist Jim French (1932-2017) will be remembered for popularizing the aesthetic prevalent in gay adult films to this day, and photographer Arthur Tress will be acknowledged for his lifetime of artistic contributions. Jamison Karon will read from his erotic memoir, “How to Be a Faggot.”

The Sunday art fair will open at noon and run to 6 p.m. featuring Rick Castro’s art and installation dungeon and a life drawing session with Miguel Angel Reyes.

Admission is $20 for tickets purchased in advance online and $25 for tickets purchased at the door. There is a 50% discount for members of the Tom of Finland Foundation and students with an ID. Those purchasing general admission tickets get a $10 discount over art purchases for $100 or more.

Tom’s House is at 1421 Laveta Terrace in Echo Park.
