Police Tuesday were searching for a 35-year-old woman who was last seen in West Hollywood last month.
Angelica Lemme was last seen Sept. 13 in the area of 904 N. Gardener St., according to the Los Angles Police Department.
Lemme is Black, 5-feet-5 inches tall and weighs 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a burgundy sweater, blue jeans and gray tennis shoes.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts was asked to contact the LAPD Missing Persons Unit at 213-996-1800. Calls made during non-business hours or on weekends can be directed to 877-527-3247.
Anonymous tips can be called in to Crime Stoppers at 800-222-8477 or submitted online at lacrimestoppers.org.
Just noticing that it’s ok to give this person’s detailed description, including their appearance and ethnicity, along with a photo, because they’re missing: I hope they are safe and well for what it’s worth.
But when it’s a criminal act in question, and police are looking for help finding the suspect, the description gets very vague and nondescript, often with no photo. Why’s that then?
Isn’t it a little late for the LAPD to be forwarding this report after a month of this gal’s disappearance?? A lot of things can happen in a month, sight unseen. I hope someone will recognize her and she can be found.
