The woman linked to a Romanian organized crime ring and sought by the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is believed to have stolen actress Lily Collins’ wedding ring from the Edition hotel this past May.
The department is actively seeking the public’s assistance in locating Andreea Catalina Rosca, who also goes by the name Nicole Morri. They previously said that was Rosca is wanted in connection with two burglaries where she allegedly stole jewelry and credit cards from lockers at a hotel spa and a yoga studio — a description which matches what happened at the hotel.
According to deputies, the daughter of musician Phil Collins had secured her belongings at the spa before going in for some relaxation, only to find everything missing when she returned.
Rosca is described as a white female, about 34 years of age. She stands at 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs approximately 100 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities have warned that she is currently carrying a counterfeit Washington State identification card bearing the name ‘Nicole Morri.’
Further investigations have revealed that Rosca frequently travels throughout the country perpetrating similar crimes.
The West Hollywood Sheriff Station, specifically Detective Zeff, is urging anyone with pertinent information regarding these incidents or on Rosca’s whereabouts to reach out at 310-358-4033.

The term “Gypsies” is a racist pejorative used against the Romani who originated in the Punjab region of northern India as a nomadic people much like the Armenians. Romanians are an ethnic group speaking the Romance languages and from Romania in Eastern Europe.
