A finalist for the 2013 Terrence McNally Award, “Kissing Che” follows the story of Reina, a man dying in a Miami hospital in 1984. Reina claims to be the “last famous drag queen of Cuba.” The film follows his friendship with nurse Tamika. ”Kissing Che” is showing at Celebration Theatre (7051 Santa Monica Blvd. at La Brea). Tickets are $15.
