Impulse Group, a group of young gay men seeking to educate their peers and promote healthier sexual lifestyles, is holding a private party at 901 Hancock Ave. and Santa Monica. The party, hosted by former City Council candidate Tristan Schukraft and his boyfriend Sergio Davila, takes place poolside with a DJ, “sexy sailors” and a hosted bar.
